My clients, both buyers and sellers, are having a lot of fun with it, and using it regularly. It keeps the agent at the center of the transaction, offers clients the information they need, a place to keep up to date on the market and a way to make sense of it all.

Tami Bonnell's Event a GREAT Success!

I was fortunate to be among many Minneapolis real estate professionals and affiliated industry associates that packed the historic Calhoun Beach Club to hear Tami Bonnell, President of U.S. Operations for EXIT Realty Corp. International, speak on the current "State of the Market" and what real estate agents can do to help their clients.  This visit followed a speaking engagement at the launch of a new EXIT office in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Over 145 attendees had the privilege of absorbing information specific to today’s real estate market and ways to leverage the market to the benefit of all.  Tami, with her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry due to years of experience, instructed the group to truly examine the current state of affairs.  “This isn’t a market we haven’t seen before.  We have actually experienced this many times over during the past two decades.  We are looking at a market very similar to the 2004 market.” explained Tami.

Tami emphasized the need for continued reinvestment in each individual’s business through ongoing education and coaching.  “Each of us needs a coach, someone to hold us accountable.  You have to envision that person on your shoulder at all times.  What would they say to you?”  Through accountability, each real estate professional can reach higher, get the most and best out of themselves and offer better services to their clients, which is the most important focus for any agent.  Another key topic she touched on was “WHY are you in the business?”  She asked each person in the room to take an inventory of their personal “Why” and really use that as motivation.
