Several agents have asked me how they can get started on Listingbook. I have been using it for awhile and I can safely say, it is awesome. My clients, both buyers and sellers, are having a lot of fun with it, and using it regularly. It keeps the agent at the center of the transaction, offers clients the information they need, a place to keep up to date on the market and a way to make sense of it all.

MLS MAPS vs. TRULIA
As everyone knows, map-based property searching is quickly becoming the next big thing in the marriage of real estate and the internet. Trulia is one of the first companies to come out and do a really pretty mash-up between property listings and a Google maps. Many more have followed and will continue to follow, so today... I’m curious what everyone thinks about two current providers of map-based property search. Which site brings more value to the home shopping consumer and to participating real estate agents, www.Trulia.com or the newest kid on the block, www.MLSMaps.com?
